We ship nationwide across New Zealand using NZ Post, A2 Logistics, and NZ Couriers.

• Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $40 (excluding Chatham Islands).

• Flat Shipping Fee for Orders Under $40:

• Auckland: $7 flat rate (no extra charge for Rural Delivery).

• Rest of New Zealand: $12 flat rate (excluding Chatham Islands).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of purchase. Please note this timeframe may extend during public holidays, promotional periods, or the Christmas/New Year season.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• If you provide delivery instructions (e.g. leave at door or mailbox), please note this is at your own risk. Lunetta cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

• Please double-check your delivery address and order details at checkout. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or intercept the parcel.
