Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Lunetta purchase! However, if something isn’t right, we’re happy to help in accordance with the following terms:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will provide a full refund or replacement (your choice) if the goods you receive are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing lunetta.nz@gmail.com.
We may request photographic proof to help us assess the issue.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues so that we can make it right.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases once your order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our courier for delivery.
Return Process
Before returning any goods, please email lunetta.nz@gmail.com for instructions.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 working days, although your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please get in touch with us at lunetta.nz@gmail.com.
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 20 days of placing your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
General Notes
Refunds and replacements are only available for orders made directly through our website.
Lunetta reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
